An elegant pair of antique Art Deco drop earrings made in France, Circa 1920. The pair are adorned with four bright natural pearls with a row of twinkling rose cut diamonds running down a long dropper in between.
Pearls are a true treasure of the ocean, desired for their rich, creamy tone and exceptional lustre that is produced organically by fresh and saltwater molluscs. They’ve become symbolic of purity, innocence and loyalty making them a favourite for most brides on their wedding day.
The articulated dropper is fashioned in platinum with geometric shapes and milgrain edging which is typical of the period. They’re perfect for a wedding or glamorous occasion and fitted with 18ct gold push stud backs complete with French hallmarks.
We recommend you insure for £2,000. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
